Hello everyone, I am Julia B.
I am a founder of BE MINDFUL SPACE, a certified guided meditation teacher of Yoga Nidra method and a practitioner with 17+ years of experience.
After making a career in the financial sector, having lived in big cities most of my life and becoming a mom of two kids, I recognized the significance of sustaining emotional resilience.
I found a solution and started teaching Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool for managing anxiety, reducing stress, promoting deep emotional and mental release. Accumulating all my education and research in Yoga practice, Philosophy and Buddhist meditation, I could elaborate on my approach to Yoga Nidra teaching
