I am a founder of BE MINDFUL SPACE, certified Yoga teacher and practitioner with 15+ years of experience.
After making a career in the financial sector and having lived in big cities, I became aware of how stress, social pressure, habits, and addictions influencing our body, our mental health and can even destroy our lives.
Yoga practice led me to a transformation in my way of thinking and how I react to external circumstances and hence, in the quality of my living.
Having experience in many styles of Yoga, I am delivering Yoga Nidra, as one of the most transformative and accessible practices to everyone.
